Molly has graduated from Cardiff University with a first class law degree, and during her time there she also volunteered as a Team Leader for the University's Innocence Project. The project works to overturn real life wrongful convictions, and therefore sparked her avid interest in criminal law.
During Molly's time on the innocence project, she gained an in depth understanding of the complexities of the appeals process, and the technicalities involved in overturning a conviction. She therefore learnt the importance of having a keen eye for detail when reviewing cases.
Molly is currently in the process of completing her Accredited Police Station Representative course to widen and develop her skill set.
Molly also has a passion for Prison Law and upholding Prisoners' rights because many are not aware of their legal rights as prisoners, but it is paramount that prisoners take full advantage of these rights, ensuring that they are treated fairly in a highly stressful situation for them and their loved ones.
Molly specialises in the following areas:
- Adjudications
- Oral Hearings
- Re Categorisation
- Home Detention Curfew Applications
- Police Station Attendances
