Drink Driving

We will help you defend your driving licence

If convicted, the offence of drink driving will result in the loss of your driving licence for a minimum period of 12 months. However, there are technical defences available and potentially lesser charges that the Crown Prosecution Service may accept. This may result in you being able to keep your driving licence.

If you wish to plead guilty to the offence then there are courses that, if completed, can reduce the period of your disqualification by 25%. The option of allowing you to complete such a course is at the discretion of the court and mitigation can be tailored towards the court awarding the opportunity of completing such a course. Each drink driving offence is different and Gemma, Nathan and Tom will always provide thorough and considered advice.
